Life After Season 1

With the first season of Blade: The Series coming to an end tonight, I just wanted to let you all know there will still be plenty of reasons to check this site out after the finale. Obviously, I’ll be posted my episode recap and review like I always do, but even after that there will be many updates and new features added here.

Unfortunately I don’t know whether or not the show will be back for a second season (though Kirk Jones did unofficially tell us that it will be in the previously posted interview). If the show does come back for a second season, I’ll definitely be keeping this place up-to-date with the latest and greatest news and information regarding the show and all its cast. If the show isn’t picked up again, I’ll try to maintain this place as long as possible though I’m not sure what my motivation would be at that point.

Anyway, what I’m trying to say is that this place will still have plenty of things to check out once the season is over. Not only that, I do have a few other projects that are related to television that you may be interested in and I’ll post a few updates on those here in a week or two.

Let’s all keep hoping the show gets picked up for another season, and let’s all make sure we grab whoever we can to watch tonight’s finale so that we can bump those ratings up as high as possible!

For me Squirrel as long as there is hope for a second series I will definately hang around.

I look forward to your continuing content and thanks for a cool place to hang on occassion this summer. Your recaps were the first thing I looked forward to following my coveted Blade evenings.

I love this site. Its so original considering the series’ success and i totally love it. Please keep up the great work! It gives us all hope for the return of Krista(if she doesnt ash from Marcus), Chase and the famous Blade in the second season.

Hey there Squirrel, Just wanted to say Thank you for all your great recaps. After watching the 11pm encore show (I find that once at 10pm is just not enough to satisfy my thirst!), I immediatetly hit your site to read your recaps, it’s something I look forward to very much and appreciate your time in maintaining this site. I have thoroughly enjoyed spending time here and hope that you will continue your informative postings if Blade makes the cut for a second season. I know I’ll be checking frequently.

I didn’t start watching the series until about 7th episode when my spouse “turned” me…then I became addicted to it and we both counted down the days to the following Wednesday. In the beginning when he started watching the show, I said, how could they possibly have enough of a storyline to take the show thru so many episodes. Boy, was I wrong!!

Well thanks everybody, I’m just glad to see so many people enjoy this place as much as I do. Hopefully the show comes back for a second season so that I’ll be motivated to make this place even better!
